We are available during our regular business-hours: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (CDT). In order to offer you the fastest assistance possible, please prepare the following information concerning your machine or plant:


  • Company name and address
  • Your name and phone number
  • Problem description
  • Machine type
  • Machine or control system number

In case of a necessary service assignment our response time depends on the time when a call or message arrives and which country we have to travel to. We try to be as fast as possible and to be on the site within 2 or 3 days (within Germany and the EU). In countries which require visa or when service-notifications come in outside our business-hours more preparations have to be made. Then our response-time can reach 4/5 days, even weeks.
